Light 95 Limited holds a single piece of personal data — the contact detail a visitor places in an email to the studio — and works entirely from what people choose to send. Everything below sets out what that means in practice.

Light 95 Limited is an independent creative studio registered in England & Wales under Company No. 14110185. Its registered office sits at 15c–15d Hanley Road, London, N4 3DU, United Kingdom. Your Rights
UK data protection law puts you in charge of your own information. You can ask to see the details the studio holds about you, request a correction, or have them erased, and you can equally ask the studio to pause any use of them. A short note to hassan@light95.space sets any of these in motion, and a reply follows as quickly as the studio can manage.
Collection
The studio gathers personal data at a single moment — when you write to it by email. In practice that amounts to:
- the name you sign off with;
- the email address your message arrives from;
- anything you choose to write in the body of the note.
Browsing these pages adds nothing further; the site carries no tracking cookies and reads nothing about your activity as you move through it.
Purpose
Whatever you send is put to work replying to you, talking through a possible commission, and holding a tidy record of the exchange. Two lawful bases support this: your consent in choosing to make contact, and the studio's legitimate interest in answering the people who reach out to it.
Safekeeping
Your message and contact details stay only for as long as they serve the conversation, and are cleared once that reason has passed. While they are held, the studio guards them with sensible care and opens them only when there is a genuine need. They remain inside the studio and travel beyond it only where the law demands, or to the trusted suppliers who keep the studio's email running, and then no further than that task requires. Should this notice need refreshing to stay accurate, the latest wording will always live on this page.
